Once your referred contact places a single order of £500 or more (excl. VAT) with us, we’ll be in touch to say the threshold has been reached.

Greenfingers B2B Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

1. The referral scheme is open to all active trade account holders of Greenfingers Nurseries (‘Greenfingers’).

2. Both the referring business (‘Referrer’) and the referred business (‘Referee’) must hold, or be eligible to hold, a Greenfingers trade account.

3. Self-referrals are not permitted. Referring and Referee companies must be separate legal entities.

4. Existing Greenfingers customers are not eligible to be referred under this scheme.

Referral Process

5. Referrals must be submitted via the official Greenfingers referral form or by emailing the sales team.

6. The Referee must quote the Referrer’s company name or referral code when placing their first order.

7. Greenfingers reserves the right to validate the referral prior to any reward being issued.

Reward - Referring Company

8. The Referrer will receive a 10% discount off their next single order once the Referee places a single order of £500 or more (excl. VAT) with Greenfingers. Cumulative spend across multiple orders does not qualify.

9. The 10% discount is applied to the net order value (excl. VAT and delivery charges).

10. The discount will be applied as a credit note or deduction on the Referrer’s next invoice — it cannot be taken as cash.

11. The discount is non-transferable and applies to one order only. Unused discount does not carry over.

Referee Spend Threshold

12. The £500 threshold must be met within a single order (excl. VAT and delivery). Orders cannot be combined or split across multiple transactions to reach the threshold.

13. If a returned or cancelled order reduces the qualifying order value below £500, the threshold will not have been met and no reward will be issued.

14. Greenfingers reserves the right to verify the qualifying order before confirming the reward.

General

15. Greenfingers reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time with 30 days’ notice to active participants.

16. In the event of dispute, Greenfingers’ decision is final.

17. This scheme runs alongside, and does not replace, any existing trade discount or promotional agreement.

18. Greenfingers will contact the Referrer via email when the Referee’s qualifying order has been placed and confirmed, and again when the discount is applied.

19. Rewards are subject to UK tax rules; it is the Referrer’s responsibility to account for any tax implications.
