Below you will find answers to the most common questions you may have on Greenfingers Nurseries. If you still can’t find the answers you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us!

You will find a link on our website to ‘Register Now’. Or you could pop into Greenfingers and pick up a registration form. In both cases you will need to provide two forms of ID, we need either a copy of your business card or letterhead, plus an invoice made out to your company from a third party.

Once you arrive at Greenfingers please help yourself to a trolley and pick the plants you require. If you can’t find everything you want please speak to one of our team and they can tell you if we have it on the nursery or if we can source it for you. Then take your trolley to the office where a team member will process your order, take payment by card and provide you with an invoice. 

8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

We are open Good Friday and Easter Monday, both May Bank Holidays and the August Bank Holiday. We close for two weeks over Christmas and New Year for a well deserved rest.

We are happy to hold onto your plants for up to 5 working days.

No, we don’t sell to the public. They can come with you and you must be with them the whole time and the account holder must pay.
