Data Security

The information that we hold is held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.  We only store credit/debit card receipts and no other card information.

We will never share your data with any other individual or company with the exception of the Animal & Plant Health Agency (formally DEFRA) and this will only be in relation to a plant health problem if one where ever to arise.

What data do we collect?

We hold your information for the purpose of administering your account, fulfilling orders and marketing.  During registration we may collect some or all of the following information.

  • Your Company name, key names and addresses
  • Your contact telephone numbers
  • Your e-mail address

We will confirm your personal details on our acknowledgement of order. If you have registered on our website for our stock list, you may check or amend your personal details by clicking my account at the top of each webpage. If you need to amend or remove your details on our office system please do so by contacting us, writing to us or telephoning us.

Please be aware our website and computer system are 2 separate systems and any changes would need to be made to both.

Email & Telephone Data

We will never pass on your email address or telephone address to any 3rd party for the purposes of marketing.

Marketing and updating your contact preferences

By registering an account with Greenfingers we feel you would like to be kept informed about our products. We will therefore from time to time send you emails unless you have told us otherwise.

You can update your contact preferences at any time by ringing us on 01926 842 797 or clicking to ‘update preferences’ on the bottom of our emails.

How we use cookies
